Once your item has been package and shipped you will received an email right away with the tracking delivery is based on the delivery option you choose of.

 

How do I return an item?

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may receive an exchange. There will not be any refunds as all sales are FINAL. For defective or damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible. I never received my item?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been packaged and shipped. Please start a claim with the shipping carrier I.E UPSP OR DHL. If there is any information you are needing from Ohhellotash in regards to your order please email us at ohhellotash@gmail.com
